I am canceling The PayPal Debit card you say you are sending without my solicitation. I am very angry at the arrogance that PayPal takes in making decisions that could financially harm me. You will cancel this card mailing NOW. I have wasted my time with PayPal in this matter and very affronted by your actions. I am strongly leaning toward canceling my PayPal account and will let you know of my decision. Don’t ever take liberties with my name again. I will require you to acknowledge your receipt of this letter in writing or a law suit will be the next step.
I cancelled my PayPal account in 2015 deliberatedly and wanted it to stay that way.
But, you took over an order I placed through American Express without my knowledge or consent!!
You also messed that order up greatly. It took months to repair… and FINALLY you recognized that I never received any part of that order !

sending an “activated” debit card that the customer has to “cancel is bogus beyond belief”
I do not want a credit card or a debit card. I cancelled my PayPal account after they would not consider a credit due to poor quality of an order I made. They offered $7.00 out of a $46 order. Not good response.

I do not want nor asked for Paypal debit. If this is your wave of the future, foisting a card on a user, then I will take steps to close my account. I had already closed my paypal business account.
