I am asking for relief on my Macy's credit card for a late payment charge consisting fees charged and interest charge. My bill was due on 4/4/2020 and it was received by maxis billing on 4/6/2020. It cleared my bank on 4/9/2020.
Because of the situations with the covid-19 virus I was more than happy to pay my bill in full but am sorry I missed the deadline.
Hope you can help as there is no way to contact you through customer service.
I received a bill for $2.00(interest)on my paid up account. Why I paid before it was do? It cost more for me to send a check for $2.00. If that is the case I don' need the account!
