Proof of purchase can come in the form of receipts, a copy of the UPC from the Kona Beer package(s), a copy of the purchase on a credit card statement, and other valid documentation.
Anyone red-blooded American male (or female) who purchased any 4-pack, 6-pack, 12-pack, or 24-pack of Kona Beer between Feb. 28, 2013, and June 14, 2025.
Single bottles or cans of Kona Beer are not eligible for the settlement.
