Please note the The Milestone Gold MasterCard is issued by Mid America Bank & Trust Company, Dixon Missouri and applicants must be 18 years of age or older (19 in the state of Alabama).  Those applicants who have submitted a pre-qualification request for the Milestone Gold MasterCard within the last 60 days are not allowed to apply.  Any questions in regards to the Milestone Credit Card can be directed to 1-866-453-2636 between the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Pacific Time Monday thru Friday.
